YES. For payments of credit cards and debit cards, we will take you to the secured PayPal site for processing, however you DO NOT need a PayPal account, just follow the simple steps from PayPal. We also accept money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks (may take a few days to clear personal checks).

- How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship all orders within 24 hours upon confirmation of payment. Even though by default all the orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail is strongly recommended for shipping in the US. Most orders take 3-5 business days for delivery but in some rare cases USPS First Class Mail may take 2-3 weeks to reach you.
Orders placed over the weekend or holidays will be shipped on next business day.

- Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Orders being sent internationally are mailed through the United States Postal Service - Air Parcel Post. Delivery time is usually 8-10 days. Please see FAQ #9 to find out the shipping cost. For international sales, we accept payment through Paypal or money orders in U.S. Currency (USD$) only.

- How do I find out what the shipping charge is before I actually put an order through?
The shipping charge depends on the actual weight of your order; for exact amount you can first create an account with CalicoPot (we do NOT ask for any sensetive information like credit card number, ...etc for creating an account), then proceed with check out process. At the second step (before comfirming the order or payment), it'll ask you to choose a mailing method from a list of avaliable mailing options which show the exact postages calculated directly from USPS and UPS.

- How to tie a simple EVERYDAY obi?
Please see the illustration below:
Wrap the obi sash around your waist. Although the obi is tied in the back in the illustration, to make life easier one can tie the bow in front and have it (by holding the bow and obi together by hand) shift around to the back.

- How to attach or tie a cell charm strap to the cell phone?
Well, it only needs a little effort and practice. Please see the pictures below. Have the charm strap run through the cell phone hole as shown on the photo. Then insert the charm into the loop of the strap and pull tight the strap like tying a knot. You know, actually the charm strap can also be used with cameras, PDAs, purses, key rings, bags and anything you can think of.
